- Experience with industrial protocols and messaging brokers
- Strong understanding of client-server architectures and backend security
- Experience with large-scale IoT device management
- Strong written and spoken English skills (level C1 on the CEFR scale)

- Lead and develop a team of around 8 engineers
- Conduct regular 1:1s and career development discussions
- Provide constructive feedback and support
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Encourage innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Identify development opportunities and support skill-building
- Guide performance management for team members
- Attract and retain top talent by creating a thriving environment
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to set goals
- Support the team in planning, estimating, and delivering outcomes
- Balance capacity, priorities, and individual workloads
- Drive continuous improvement in team processes
- Develop short and long-term technical roadmaps with the team
- Challenge and propose solution concepts
- Ensure successful delivery of technical projects
- Create and optimize processes for the IoT platform lifecycle
- Monitor and maintain the IoT platform for high availability
- Ensure effective communication with cross-functional teams
