- Align physical inventory with SAP records daily
- Drive initiatives to improve stock accuracy
- Minimize inventory losses
- Establish sustainable inventory control standards
- Conduct regular inventory reconciliations with clients
- Identify inventory discrepancies
- Analyze root causes of discrepancies
- Implement corrective and preventive actions for inventory integrity
- Design and execute cycle count programs
- Lead annual wall-to-wall inventory counts
- Develop and implement best-practice inventory procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse operations and SAP teams
- Continuously improve inventory booking processes
- Continuously improve stock flow
- Continuously improve space utilization
- Provide management and clients with inventory reports
- Provide management and clients with actionable insights
- Foster collaboration across all organizational levels
