Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- •Minimum of 1 year of experience working with data management and processing
- •Pharma experience
- •English and German skills on communicative level
- •Data Analysis and Reporting tools (Power BI, Fiori, SAC)
- •Process Mapping
- •Project Management
- •Document management (veeva, Kneat) and GDP
- •GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
- •Knowledge in GMP, ISO and regulatory compliance
- •Change Management
- •Communication Management

- •Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- •Design and implement metrics systems for performance evaluation
- •Apply predictive and prescriptive analytics to optimize resource allocation
- •Enhance insights and scalability of existing analytical models and tools
- •Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports for KPI monitoring
- •Create visual outputs and compelling data stories for decision-making
