- Teamwork and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent German and English communication skills
- Desirable technical French and Spanish proficiency
- Operator level MS Office and Google Suite
- Advanced MS Office, Project, and SharePoint
- Compliance risk awareness and integrity
Aufgaben
- Develop detailed descriptions of financial processes
- Collect data to create standard operating procedures
- Interview staff to map processes and tasks
- Coordinate regional monthly reporting and forecast compilation
- Prepare monthly budgets and operational plans
- Address cost base queries and ad hoc requirements
- Participate in departmental meetings and reviews
- Maintain data retention and communicate accessibility
- Gather information for VPs and finance managers
- Create ad-hoc queries and data visualizations
