- Confident handling of MS Office programs
- Proactive engagement and idea contribution in responsibilities
- Very good English skills (written and spoken)
- German skills desirable
- Independent and reliable working style
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills, enjoyment of collaborative work
- Unconventional, creative mindset and flexible approach
- Creativity and artistic streak for designing flipcharts with sketchnotes and icons
- Clear handwriting for flipchart design
- Experience in day-to-day use of AI tools for text generation and VBA script creation for Excel automation
- Independent and responsible working style

- Organize and execute training sessions
- Assist in managing and processing problem-solving cases
- Set up and maintain Office365 community environments
- Participate in developing and implementing quality strategies

- Support creation and design of presentations
