- Python skills (NumPy, Pandas, plotting, basic automation)

- Experience with dynamic simulation or model simplification
- Exposure to pilot-scale or scale-up topics
- Advanced AI skills (e.g. machine learning for parameter estimation, surrogate models, AI-based optimization or automated analysis of large simulation datasets)
- Curiosity to question models and assumptions

- Integrate and adapt kinetic sub-models
- Support early-stage technical assessments
- Assist with CAPEX and OPEX estimations
- Document assumptions and calculation paths clearly
- Develop programming tools and scripts
- Collaborate with engineering and lab teams
