- Previous experience in next-generation sequencing, customer support, process improvement, or AI is welcome but not required

- Internship for currently enrolled students or students in a gap year (max 1 year) before Master's studies

- Support projects for regional introduction of AXELIOS 1 Sequencing Platform
- Plan and coordinate installation and training activities
- Document support initiatives and training sessions
- Collect and structure feedback from regional activities
- Analyze lessons learned from regional initiatives
- Translate expert input into clear guidelines and checklists
- Create knowledge articles and team resources
- Identify use cases for generative AI in customer support
- Explore digital tools for improving operational efficiency
- Maintain project trackers and status overviews
- Prepare management summaries and reports
- Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes
