Aufgaben
- Work closely with the Manager of Processes and Sales Enablement
- Support global strategic and operational initiatives
- Ensure efficient and scalable sales enablement and business operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on projects
- Drive projects forward across regions
- Structure and optimize business processes
- Document business processes for efficiency and transparency
- Build and maintain management tools
- Create and update dashboards and reports
- Support planning and execution of internal meetings
- Facilitate workshops and trainings
- Contribute to onboarding new teams
- Develop training materials for new markets
- Take ownership of smaller projects
- Operate in a fast-paced, international environment
