Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or equivalent
- •Availability for minimum 3 months internship
- •Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel or Google Workspace
- •Strong ability for risk-oriented analysis and presentation of complex issues
- •Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment and balance competing priorities
- •Concise verbal and written communication skills in English; German language advantageous

Aufgaben
- •Support day-to-day operational risk management
- •Ensure risk and incident reporting
- •Conduct quality reviews and challenge findings
- •Monitor implementation of mitigating actions
- •Reconcile incidents
- •Identify control gaps during control testing
- •Assist the 1st Line of Defense in defining corrective actions
- •Monitor and improve Operational Key Risk Indicators (KRI)
- •Support the Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) process
- •Create reports for senior management and managing directors
- •Contribute to ad-hoc project topics as required
