Aufgaben
- Collaborate with CRM team on MS Dynamics 365 configuration and customization
- Assist with implementation, enhancements, and daily support
- Co-develop CRM extensions using JavaScript, Business Rules, Workflows, Plugins, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Design and maintain automated workflows and simple integrations
- Gain exposure to Power Platform environments, solution management, and basic ALM topics
- Support Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and pilot initiatives
- Assist Product Owner with documentation, coordination, status reporting, and light research
