- Goal-oriented and proactive
- Strong team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English
- Fluent German
Aufgaben
- Support M&A team in acquisition, divestment, and joint venture projects
- Assist with research and data analysis
- Contribute to financial modeling and valuation exercises
- Help with due diligence tasks
- Prepare key presentations and reports for stakeholders
- Drive digitalization initiatives in M&A process
- Support department-specific topics as required
