Aufgaben
- Support a major API concentration workstream
- Design comparative studies across different technologies
- Run and optimize DSP unit operations
- Develop and analyze drug substance processes
- Document findings and create technical reports
- Select membranes and optimize TFF processes
- Manage buffer exchange and diafiltration strategies
- Screen precipitation and resolubilization kinetics
- Plan experiments using statistical DoE methods
- Analyze data using Excel, JMP, or Python
- Collaborate with analytics and manufacturing teams
- Maintain lab safety and aseptic techniques
