- Strong interest in Industrial IoT, digital products, and tech-driven business models
- Exposure to Generative AI tools (prompting, image generation, code assistants) is a plus
- Programming knowledge in Python and JavaScript or experience in dashboards, automations, or UX/prototyping is a plus
- Strong Excel/Sheets experience for data analysis, structuring, and basic modeling
- Proficiency in PowerPoint with a sense for visual clarity and storytelling
- Confident communicator with ability to collaborate across teams
- Analytical mindset with structured problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated, independent, and ownership-driven
