Aufgaben
- Analyze and document new logistic processes for customer support
- Define field technician tooling management systems
- Deploy field technician tooling management systems in the field
- Support 5S organization implementation in the warranty workshop
- Identify Carnet ATA system requirements
- Propose efficient solutions for Carnet ATA activities
- Establish lessons learned
- Deploy lessons learned for similar activities
- Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Draft and update Activity Based Risk Analysis (ABRAs)
- Identify bottlenecks
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Prepare technical reports on project progress
- Prepare presentations on project results
