- Synchronize cross-functional workstreams
- Track milestone health and manage escalations
- Transition manual reporting to digital tools
- Modernize strategy tracking and visualization
- Orchestrate a quarterly communication strategy
- Support senior-level decision-making processes
- Improve Business Continuity Management through exercises
- Track key performance indicators
