Anforderungen

• Studies in Business Administration, Economics, IT Management or comparable
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Strong interest in digital processes
• First practical experience in international or cross-functional environment (plus)
• Initial exposure to Jira, Signavio or Solution Manager (beneficial)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enjoyment of working in diverse and interdisciplinary teams
• Structured, proactive and self-driven work manner
• Quick understanding of complex topics
• Comfortable working with IT-related content
• Openness to taking responsibility for work packages
• Passion for customer service and service business processes
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Business fluent English and very good German
• Enrollment at university
