- Proven experience operating liquid handlers
- Experience with Tecan/Fluent/Freedom EVO liquid handlers (ideal)
- Good written communication skills in English
- Good verbal communication skills in English
- Proof of enrollment for entire internship duration (Non-EU/EFTA)
- Mandatory internship letter from university (Non-EU/EFTA)

- Perform manual bench assays
- Compare and validate assay results
- Troubleshoot automated process issues
- Interpret complex datasets
- Recommend process improvements
- Evaluate formulation viability
