- Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented team player with excellent collaboration and organizational skills
Aufgaben
- Support the Global Customer Excellence team
- Assist with the MSL AI Chatbot project
- Drive the implementation of an AI-supported chatbot
- Track the dashboard to identify potential gaps
- Recommend improvements based on dashboard insights
- Participate in data-based portfolio optimization
- Define must stock lists and hero SKUs
- Support offline and e-commerce channel strategies
