Anforderungen
- Strong analytical capabilities and interest in applying quantitative concepts to business challenges
- Ongoing or near-completed studies in Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering, or Informatics, ideally with focus on game theory, auction theory, mechanism design, market design, behavioral economics, or industrial organization
- Ideally first practical experience in management consulting or applying game or auction theory
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with capacity to understand complex relationships quickly
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, client sensitivity, and proactive mindset
- Fluency in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2); additional languages are an advantage
Aufgaben
- Support development of game-theoretic approaches for high-stakes negotiations
- Prepare presentations and analytical materials for top management
- Contribute to competitive tender processes
- Evaluate suppliers and analyze complex pricing models
- Support auction mechanisms in tender processes
- Prepare comprehensive negotiation strategies for monopolistic suppliers
- Apply academic insights from game theory and related fields
- Learn how these approaches generate financial impact
