- Enrollment in advanced bachelor’s or master’s degree in mathematics, computer science, economics, finance, natural sciences, or similar field
- Good knowledge of programming language R
- Experience with R packages (tidyverse, data.table, shiny, targets, ellmer, xgboost or similar) (advantage)
- Keen interest in learning new techniques and methods
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to find pragmatic solutions
- Initial experience in data analysis and statistical methods (ideally beyond linear regression) (beneficial)
- Programmatic use of AI models (beneficial)
- Experience with git, SQL, Quarto, bash or Python (advantage)
- Flexibility
- Communicative skills
- Enjoyment of teamwork
- Very good command of English
