Aufgaben
- Support Central and Southeastern European markets in Voice of Customer (VoC) area
- Ensure homogeneous customer experience landscape
- Support rollout of new Customer Experience and VoC projects
- Analyze existing VoC processes and surveys
- Provide suggestions for process improvements
- Track and process ongoing system problems in Qualtrics
- Maintain established online platforms (e.g., FAQ pages)
- Align with 12 markets for platform maintenance
- Manage user accounts for VoC tools
- Support KPI tracking by conducting weekly reports
- Design training documents and presentations
- Conduct trainings for market and team members
