Anforderungen
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, Computer Science, or comparable technical field
- High motivation and willingness to acquire new technical knowledge

- Knowledge of MOSFET, IGBT, and SiC MOSFET technologies

Aufgaben
- Set up, execute, and evaluate characterization and validation tests for gate driver modules
- Perform and analyze electrical measurements, including switching times, propagation delays, desaturation detection, UVLO, and short-circuit behavior
- Investigate and assess gate signals using oscilloscopes and high-voltage measurement equipment
- Support the characterization and optimization of isolated gate driver power supplies
- Prepare comprehensive test reports and document measurement results and findings
- Verify compliance with design requirements, specifications, and performance targets
- Conduct simulations and correlate simulation data with laboratory measurement results
- Collaborate with hardware, layout, and system engineers in development and validation
