- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams and stakeholders
- High learning agility and willingness to adopt new tools/methodologies
- Basic digital skills
- Experience with editing and AI tools is a plus
- Highly structured, dependable work approach
- Strong attention to detail
- English language proficiency
Aufgaben
- Support research and ideation for new content formats
- Monitor trends and explore new approaches
- Contribute ideas to keep live content innovative and engaging
- Assist producers with pre-production planning and coordination
- Support timelines and prepare documentation
- Ensure all information is aligned before going live
- Create clear and structured event guides
- Manage project information and organize materials
- Join productions on-site as a runner or production assistant
- Support practical tasks for smooth on-site execution
- Assist at broadcasting facilities during post-production
- Help manage workflows and assets
- Gain exposure to live content finalization and distribution
- Manage post-event deliverables and handle metadata
- Coordinate between producers and content managers
- Ensure content is well-documented and searchable
