Anforderungen
- •Significant experience in sales management
- •Experience with FMCG/Retail/e-commerce companies
- •Experience in packaging or corrugated packaging
- •Valuable experience in team management
- •Degree in business economics or relevant experience
- •Fluency in English required; German is a plus
- •High mobility and willingness to travel >50%
- •Leader with positive and energetic personality
- •Entrepreneurial spirit with analytical mindset
- •Good communication and negotiation skills
- •Practical and hands-on person with interpersonal skills
- •Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset
- •Affinity for new solution development

- •Plan and execute key account product development activities.
- •Plan and execute key account marketing activities.
- •Identify new markets and applications for corrugated solutions.
- •Drive initiatives to replace other packaging materials with corrugated solutions.
- •Set targets for new business development with regional sales directors.
- •Lead commercial initiatives to scale innovation solutions.
