Aufgaben
- Negotiate with international key accounts, retail buying groups, and purchasing alliances
- Manage day-to-day business relationships with international customers and Red Bull markets
- Champion conditionality and profitability, inspiring business partners and internal stakeholders
- Leverage customer and shopper data to turn insights into impactful actions
- Drive and deploy global channel and segment strategies with market teams
- Facilitate workshops and best practice sharing sessions
- Support top 25 Red Bull countries in strategic planning processes
- Provide hands-on support to optimize key account management in selected countries
- Expand and enhance Customer Profitability, Demand Planning, and Value Chain analysis
- Collaborate on country-specific projects in revenue management, field sales, and demand planning
- Share expertise, learnings, and challenges proactively
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration across HQ and regional teams
