- Manage end-to-end order-to-cash process
- Oversee product launches
- Contribute to system and process enhancements
- Handle credit risk management
- Coordinate shipping activities with subsidiaries and partners
- Plan and monitor transport
- Ensure accurate invoicing and credit risk management
- Prepare export documents and certificates
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations
- Drive kickoff and setup of new SKUs and packaging materials
- Manage updates to existing products
- Maintain material master data
- Maintain customer master data
- Maintain pricing conditions
- Align with customers on export-related topics
- Collaborate with internal teams on export issues
- Participate in system testing
- Implement logistics enhancements
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders
