Aufgaben
- Help shape overall strategy and annual roadmap for collaborations.
- Ensure clear direction for future initiatives.
- Translate strategic priorities into concrete plans and guardrails.
- Define how merchandising supports brand objectives.
- Identify, assess, and recommend culturally credible partners.
- Coordinate partner conversations.
- Coordinate internal alignments.
- Coordinate approval processes with stakeholders.
- Support relationship management for smooth coordination.
- Develop clear concepts and narratives for each capsule.
- Prepare briefs for creative teams and designers.
- Align briefs on product direction, visual identity, storytelling.
- Ensure outputs feel culturally authentic.
- Ensure outputs avoid generic branded merchandise.
- Create and maintain project plans for each drop.
- Detail timelines, milestones, budgets, and responsibilities.
- Coordinate stakeholders across design, product development, production.
- Coordinate stakeholders across licensing, approvals, distribution.
- Ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery.
- Act as day-to-day coordination point for stakeholders.
- Organize regular check-ins.
- Share project updates.
- Clarify next steps for projects.
- Represent merchandising collaborations in brand forums.
- Prepare overviews, summaries, and materials for forums.
- Co-create launch and drop strategies with Marketing.
- Ensure collaborations connect with key scenes and communities.
- Gather insights and feedback for collaborations.
- Track KPIs.
- Support post-launch evaluations.
- Contribute to best practice playbook for optimization.
