Leading international account management for a dedicated client portfolio at a dynamic media agency. University degree in business, marketing, or media science required. Up to 50% home office, 6 weeks remote work annually.
Anforderungen
- University degree in business administration, marketing, or media science
- Deep media understanding, especially digital media
- Enjoyment of dealing with customers
- Confidence and authoritativeness
- Ability to build trusting relationships
- Extensive knowledge in all communication disciplines
- Ability to advise customers confidently
- Experience with multi-market customers (ideal)
- Proactive work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Demonstrable experience in negotiation
- Demonstrable experience meeting client requirements
- Knowledge of KPI evaluation and metrics
- Affinity to Tech & Gaming Category (B2B and B2C)
- Affinity to Global and US media landscapes
- Excellent English skills
- Another foreign language (advantage)

- Lead a team of at least six International Consultants
- Motivate, develop, and mentor junior team members
- Oversee entire account management for a dedicated client portfolio
- Understand and address client requirements and needs
- Ensure quality control of all client communications
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure timely delivery of services and products
- Lead media strategies
- Enhance media innovation for clients
