- Several years of relevant experience in Internal Controls, Risk Assurance, Internal or External Audit
- Experience preferably in an international environment
- Experience ideally in group-wide governance or standardization roles
- Proven knowledge of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO)
- Proven knowledge of SoD principles
- Proven knowledge of authorization concepts (e.g., DoA)
- Experience with control testing
- Experience with monitoring tools
- Experience with process documentation systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to design and assess control structures
- Ability to identify systemic control weaknesses
- Ability to translate governance requirements into practical solutions
- Fluent in German
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to train non-experts on control topics
- Ability to consult non-experts on control topics
- Ability to influence non-experts on control topics
Aufgaben
- Design and govern the Group’s ICS
- Continuously enhance the Group’s ICS
- Oversee and steer ICS standards monitoring
- Review ICS standards compliance
- Advise management on ICS implementation
- Support control owners in ICS requirements
- Act as gatekeeper for SoD conflicts
- Serve as escalation point for SoD conflicts
- Lead the internal ICS community
- Foster knowledge exchange within the ICS community
- Conduct ICS training sessions
