Aufgaben

  • Develop and implement Group-wide internal communications strategies
  • Set clear KPIs and measures of effectiveness
  • Drive employee engagement on strategic priorities
  • Partner with Corporate officers and businesses for transformation initiatives
  • Support leadership visibility and communication impact measurement
  • Ensure communication excellence, relevance, and consistency
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives on key topics
  • Strengthen employee understanding, engagement, motivation, and inspiration
  • Act as a strategic communications partner to Corporate functions
  • Support internal communications efforts for Legal & Integrity, Finance, and HR
  • Develop and deliver leadership messages
  • Lead internal communications for transformation and change initiatives
  • Help employees understand business priorities and impacts
  • Use data and analytics to measure communication impact
  • Continuously improve communication channels, tools, and processes
  • Ensure reach, relevance, and consistency of communications

Berufserfahrung

  • 8 - 10 Jahre

Ausbildung

  • Bachelor-AbschlussODER
  • Master-Abschluss

Sprachen
