Anforderungen

• •Enrolment in Psychology, Business, HR, or similar degree
• •Interest in Talent Acquisition or People Operations
• •Experience as working student or intern
• •Sourcing First mindset and talent identification curiosity
• •People centric focus and high empathy
• •Proactive can-do attitude
• •Exceptional English communication skills
• •German language skills (big plus)
• •Tech savviness and ATS platform proficiency

Aufgaben

• •Support the full recruitment cycle for business-critical roles
• •Assist Senior Specialists with sourcing and scheduling
• •Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
• •Help define candidate profiles with Hiring Managers
• •Maintain organized pipelines within the talent market
• •Identify passive candidates using creative sourcing tools
• •Act as the primary contact for candidate inquiries
• •Maintain recruitment metrics and ATS data integrity
• •Provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders
• •Elevate the employer brand through events and social media
• •Assist with office management and internal events
