As a Human Resources Intern or Working Student, you will dive into various HR functions, from managing candidate applications to supporting onboarding processes. This role involves hands-on tasks that contribute to the team's success while providing valuable experience in the HR field.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Economics, Business studies, or comparable background with specialization in human resources
• •Initial experience and knowledge of HR management and labor laws
• •Very good knowledge of core Office applications
• •Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
• •Strong teamwork and communication skills
• •Organizational skills
• •Ability to work independently
• •Willingness to learn and openness to new topics

Aufgaben

• •Manage candidate applications and pre-selection
• •Organize interviews
• •Draft contracts and prepare reference letters
• •Carry out entry and exit processes
• •Maintain and update personnel files and HR databases
• •Manage new employee onboarding processes
• •Perform HR administration tasks, including data management and reporting
• •Manage content on the HR intranet page
• •Track and record employee training processes
• •Support the annual employee survey
• •Assume operational tasks in day-to-day business
• •Assist with HR projects and initiatives
• •Manage contract documentation on the SharePoint filing system
