- Structured and independent work manner
- Enjoyment of discovering new topics and forward-thinking
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Programming skills welcome
- Willingness to collaborate on-site in Stuttgart or Karlsruhe
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills

- Research innovative production and logistics technologies
- Analyze and evaluate new technical methods
- Advance technology and idea scouting processes
- Build dashboards and automations using PowerBI
- Design presentations and conduct data evaluations
- Prepare materials for upcoming workshops
- Create and refine internal training content
- Support the delivery of training formats
