In this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in a laboratory setting, focusing on the production and release of viral vector vaccine candidates while supporting essential tasks and maintaining high-quality documentation.

Anforderungen

• •Enrollment in or recent graduation from a laboratory technician vocational program or life-science-related Bachelor’s or Master’s program
• •Structured and organized work style, attention to detail
• •Quick learner, eagerness for hands-on experience with virology techniques, cell culture, and molecular biology methods
• •Prior experience with cell culture or molecular biology techniques (advantageous)
• •Good documentation and communication skills in English and German
• •Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Aufgaben

• •Perform cell culture of adherent and suspension cell lines
• •Prepare fresh cultures of primary chicken embryo fibroblasts (CEFs)
• •Support the production and release of viral vector vaccine candidates
• •Participate in general laboratory maintenance and organization
• •Document procedures and results in English according to quality standards
