- Maintain project data in JIRA
- Create and track PIPs, ECOs/PCMs, subtasks, and requirements
- Support assignment and tracking of responsibilities, resources, and actions
- Prepare JIRA dashboards and status overviews
- Generate project-management reports
- Monitor project timelines
- Highlight potential delays and risks
- Assist with weekly updates
- Prepare monthly project summaries
- Create presentation materials
- Coordinate smaller project work packages
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Support resource and capacity planning
- Contribute to effective team communication and alignment
