Anforderungen
- Studies in mechanical engineering, materials science, mechatronics, physics, data science, or related field
- Sound knowledge of mechatronic systems (sensors, actuators, signal chains)
- Interest in experimental mechanics and simulation
- Programming skills in Python or MATLAB
- Hands-on mindset and motivation for new testing approaches
- Very good English skills
- Proficiency in German is a plus
Aufgaben
- Support advanced material testing for high-voltage battery components
- Apply modern analysis methods including computed tomography and digital volume correlation
- Contribute to the design and setup of a CT-compatible test apparatus
- Assist with sensor integration and basic mechatronic aspects of the test setup
- Support experiment-simulation correlation for improved material understanding
- Gain insights into high-voltage battery development in testing and simulation
