Anforderungen
- Enrollment in optics, physics, or related studies

- Experience with optical design and simulation software
- Programming skills in Python or MATLAB (plus)

- Ability to independently search literature and patents
- Fluent English skills

- Track top-level publications and patents regarding optical applications
- Produce detailed literature analysis reports
- Analyze industry progress and emerging technology trends
- Generate technical insight reports for high-value business directions
- Design free space optics including displays and imaging lenses
- Develop flat optics like meta-lenses and holographic elements
- Formulate device specifications and manage manufacturing processes
- Build experimental setups and functional prototypes
- Collect, organize, and analyze technical data
