- Strong interest in automotive R&D, especially in Open Innovation, Lean Startup, or Crowdsourcing
- First experience with Open Innovation, Crowd Innovation, Lean Startup Methodology, or UI/UX Design is a plus
- Fluency in English and German
Aufgaben
- Support the Lead of Crowd Innovation
- Manage the BMW Crowd Innovation Platform
- Identify and implement improvements for user experience
- Assist BMW departments in conceptualizing structured calls for ideas
- Engage with the BMW Crowd as a moderator and ideation manager
- Set standards for ideation processes and crowd communication
- Contribute to platform content development
- Support communication work streams and early validation efforts
- Assist in project piloting for Business Building
