- Proactive, hands-on approach and ability to work independently
- Quick understanding, reliability, and excellent English communication
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana) is a plus
Aufgaben
- Support campaign managers in ideating and developing marketing campaigns
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for Westwing Collection and third-party brands
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns for collection launches, sales events, and brand collaborations
- Conduct market research using AI-driven tools
- Identify growth opportunities and develop campaign strategies
- Independently own workstreams and partial projects within campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics
- Derive learnings for future campaign success
- Create presentations and post-campaign analysis reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing channels, creative teams, and category management
