- Develop corporate identity standards for BENU pharmacies
- Assist with rebranding new countries into the pharmacy brand
- Help with international campaign conception and design
- Create and implement international campaigns
- Test new customer loyalty program functionalities
- Evaluate new customer loyalty program functionalities
- Support development of new retail initiatives
- Provide guidance on implementing retail initiatives
- Identify best practices in pharmacy branding
- Identify best practices in customer loyalty
- Identify best practices in campaigns
- Organize cross-border best practice exchanges
- Organize international digital events independently
