- Create templates and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Independently develop strategic guidelines for product range, placement, and promotion planning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with purchasing, marketing, and analytics teams.
- Review national processes and gain insights by communicating with country Category Managers.
- Support training courses and setting up the CM Academy.
