Aufgaben
- Support DE&I strategy development and communication
- Collaborate with stakeholders on DE&I initiatives
- Plan and coordinate DE&I campaigns and projects
- Conduct research and provide resources for DE&I efforts
- Coordinate communication and training initiatives
- Monitor campaign progress and manage timelines, costs, and quality
- Initiate corrective actions for deviations
- Create presentations and communication materials
- Support awareness-raising efforts for DE&I
- Conduct research and benchmarking for DE&I
