Anforderungen

  • Enrollment in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related degree
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with digital tools and social media
  • Basic knowledge of AI technologies and practical use
  • Graphic design skills (plus)
  • Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
  • Interest in event management and visitor experiences
  • Interest in creating positive guest interactions
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or customer service (internships, student events, or community activities) (plus)
  • Interest in technology and innovation
  • Willingness to work on-site at Allianz Campus
  • Commitment to global collaboration and alignment
  • Multilingual capabilities (German and English advantageous)
  • Photography/videography skills (advantageous)
  • Familiarity with event management software (advantageous)
  • Enrollment in a university or gap year (for internship)
  • Certificate of enrollment (exception gap year)
  • Valid work and residence permit (for non-EU citizens)

Aufgaben

  • Plan and coordinate R&D Center events
  • Manage logistics for venue setup, equipment, and catering
  • Handle guest and access management
  • Process RSVPs and registration
  • Issue visitor badges
  • Ensure positive arrival experience for attendees
  • Create event materials like invitations and agendas
  • Develop presentations and promotional content
  • Support internal communications and social media efforts
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors
  • Manage schedules, requirements, quotes, and deliverables
  • Ensure smooth collaboration with vendors
  • Align event materials with Allianz branding guidelines
  • Create marketing content to promote events
  • Measure event success through feedback and reporting
  • Provide administrative support
  • Maintain event files
  • Track budgets and manage supplies
  • Develop planning templates and best practices
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Contribute ideas and feedback
  • Assist with post-event activities
  • Collect and manage event feedback
  • Send thank-you communications
