Anforderungen
- Enrolled student in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar
- Interest in stock markets, index construction, and ETF products
- Basic understanding of financial market data, corporate actions, and their impact on indices
- Competent user of MS-Office applications
- Strong command of Excel (VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, data manipulation)
- Experience with Python (Numpy, pandas…) and SQL
- Knowledge of Git/Gitlab is advantageous
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Independent and structured working style
- High level of enthusiasm, creativity and teamwork
- Excellent English skills
- Ideally available for 6 months
Aufgaben
- Source and analyze M&A, corporate action, and price data
- Work with financial market data vendors (e.g., FactSet)
- Integrate data into a SQL database
- Prepare back-tests of country benchmark indices
- Develop market beta index concepts
- Support client requests
