Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor or Master student of Business Administration, Economics or related study area with specialization in Finance
  • •Very good to good academic achievement
  • •Initial work experience ideally in the banking sector
  • •English language skills (C1 level)
  • •German language skills (B1 level)
  • •Excellent skills in MS Office
  • •Confident in using AI tools (Co-Pilot) and skilled in advanced prompting
  • •Programming skills in VBA, Power Automate beneficially
  • •Ability to work in a team
  • •Strong communication skills
  • •Ability to work independently and structured
  • •Ability to think analytically and strategically

Aufgaben

  • •Support the credit officer by analyzing counterparty risk
  • •Research financial institutions and sector information
  • •Assist the team with ad-hoc requests
  • •Engage in project work focused on current financial institution topics and process improvement
  • •Gain a deep understanding of credit processes and risk management
  • •Acquire hands-on experience with financial institution analysis
  • •Enhance IT and AI skills using tools like Power Automate, VBA, and Copilot
  • •Participate in cross-functional projects, occasionally taking a lead role
  • •Develop communication and collaboration skills within an international team
