- Train analysts and operators in a classroom setting
- Embed with user groups to understand workflows
- Develop relationships with users and surface use case gaps
- Build initial dashboard products
- Assist users with building questions
- Stay current on latest platform features
- Respond to user requests via Help Desk
- Troubleshoot technical issues with engineering team
- Provide feedback to the engineering team about the product
- Communicate product or user issues to the Palantir team
- Facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise
- Ensure customer success
