- Self-sufficiency in administrative matters including email and database updating
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of French is a plus, but not mandatory
Aufgaben
- Handle short- and long-term projects with attorneys and paralegals
- Audit existing rights to enhance the global IP portfolio
- Supplement and broaden IP protection
- Conduct preliminary online research for enforcement cases under attorney supervision
- Collate and organize documentary evidence for legal actions
- Conduct legal research on various topics in key jurisdictions
- Liaise with external lawyer network as needed
- Analyze and record research results in chart form
- Prepare and finalize template letters and other documents
- Manage and process documents and data
