Anforderungen
- Degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX, Creative Media, Educational Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years experience as Learning Technologist, LMS Administrator, or Digital Content Designer
- Proven track record managing and structuring modern LMS platforms
- Strong eye for digital user experience (UX/UI) principles
- Hands-on experience with collaborative design tools (Figma or Miro) highly preferred
- Solid understanding of instructional design methodologies
- Ability to translate complex information into engaging learning templates
- Experience with system integrations (APIs and webhooks)

Aufgaben
- Manage daily administration, structure, and upkeep of the Learning Management System
- Facilitate the learning management platform
- Support content creation and maintenance for documentation and education
- Collaborate with content creators and subject matter experts
- Organize content within the LMS/CMS
- Design reusable content templates using Figma and Miro
- Wireframe learner journeys using Figma and Miro
- Establish and maintain APIs and webhooks
- Connect learning platforms with external systems
- Ensure seamless data synchronization
- Automate user management
- Build, manage, and optimize AI-driven workflows
- Automate course enrollments
- Automate content tagging
- Automate system upkeep
- Automate support routing
- Act as lead architect and strategist for portal systems
- Stay current with emerging AI models, LLMs, and integration tools
- Monitor and analyze LMS usage and performance metrics
- Identify trends in LMS performance
- Make recommendations for LMS improvements
- Ensure the system meets customer and stakeholder needs
- Partner with Design and UX/UI teams
- Conduct light user research
- Gather learner feedback
- Ensure educational materials are visually compelling
- Ensure portal experiences are visually compelling
- Continuously optimize for engagement
- Develop deep understanding of EGYM's product ecosystem
- Integrate into agile, cross-functional team setup
- Establish strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Take full ownership of day-to-day LMS administration
- Maintain platform health
- Leverage AI-driven workflows to automate routine tasks
- Analyze LMS requirements
- Research emerging technologies and tooling options
- Elevate L&D architecture
- Monitor and evaluate LMS performance metrics
- Identify LMS usage trends
- Turn learner feedback into actionable system improvements
