Aufgaben
- Manage all sales activities for small to medium European accounts
- Maintain customer relationships via phone, email, and occasional visits
- Evaluate and direct new inquiries to the appropriate sales channels
- Facilitate the entire sales process from lead generation to contract closure
- Collaborate with senior management and marketing on pricing strategies
- Network within industry associations to establish new customer contacts
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries regarding specific products
- Provide list price quotes, technical documentation, and samples
- Maintain accurate customer files for historical documentation
- Process quality questionnaires and certificates for customers
- Issue late payment reminders and conduct necessary follow-ups
- Coordinate claims and reimbursements with customer service representatives
- Provide backup for sales managers during their absences
- Support market research and sales-related administrative tasks
