Aufgaben
- Serve as the primary contact for legal topics in Germany and assigned jurisdictions
- Provide legal and commercial advice to management and operational teams
- Advise on pre-litigation and litigation cases, coordinating with external lawyers
- Draft and analyze agreements, including customer and supplier contracts
- Support negotiations related to legal agreements
- Assist and consult in various legal proceedings
- Liaise with external counsels on litigation and commercial issues
- Support the Legal Affairs team with administrative tasks
- Maintain the legal activity tracker
